Multi-camera recording
Speakers filmed from different angles. We agree the programme, camera positions and audio recording requirements in advance.
Record the talks, capture the atmosphere and create content that keeps working after the event.
Event media production starts before guests enter the room. There are teasers, opening videos and graphics to prepare; talks, reportage, photographs and interviews to capture during the event; and finished recordings and films to deliver afterwards. We tailor the scope to the event format and the organiser's goals.
We cover forums, conferences, business meetings and exhibition projects. We have worked on the annual SMART ENGINEERS forum since 2018, preparing graphics, recording speakers with multiple cameras, filming dynamic reportage and interviewing participants. We build the crew around the number of rooms, schedule and required outputs. Based in Yoshkar-Ola, we travel across Russia; work in CIS countries can be discussed for individual events.

Guests, the venue, emotions and key moments. We capture footage for a film that conveys the atmosphere.
Photo areas, reportage and participant interviews. These complement the video and support communication after the event.
Venue screen graphics, speaker introductions, opening videos and teasers. We consider the event's visual identity and each screen's shape and resolution.
We study the programme and venue, define the crew and outputs, and prepare the agreed graphics and teasers.
We record talks, film reportage and take photographs, also capturing interviews and planned key moments.
We edit recordings and highlight films, process photographs and agree the editing and visual treatment.
We deliver content for publication and follow-up with participants. Formats and delivery priorities are agreed in advance.
The cost depends on event duration, rooms, cameras and crew, plus sound, graphics and editing requirements. Recording every talk and creating a short highlights film involve different workflows, so we first agree the programme and deliverables.
On the day of the event, we can deliver up to 100 edited photographs for press releases and posts. The full set from one filming day is delivered within three days, typically up to 600 selected and edited photographs.
We offer SDE (Same Day Edit): a video edited on the day of filming, with around one minute of dynamic highlights for social media. We plan this service in advance so editing can take place at the venue.
We usually produce highlight films within the first week, while the event is still current. In the same period, we can deliver a three-camera edit of all talks, including programmes lasting around ten hours. We agree the volume of material and delivery dates in advance.
Longer films with interviews and more detailed storytelling follow the immediate content. They need more time to develop the narrative and edit; the timeline depends on the brief and running time.
The date, venue, programme, number of rooms and talks, expected attendance and required outputs. We need to know what should be recorded in full, which moments belong in the highlight film and where the results will be published.
Yes. We allocate separate positions and specialists to these tasks. Multi-camera recording preserves the talks, while dynamic filming captures the atmosphere for the final video. Crew size depends on the programme and how many activities run simultaneously.
The media package can include teasers, an opening video, speaker introductions and other graphics. We agree the list, brand guidelines, text and delivery dates in advance. The iSpring Challenge opening video is one example.
Yes. We travel across Russia, agreeing logistics, crew, venue access and technical requirements. For the IVS exhibition project, we travelled to Moscow to show the Yugra stand's features and how visitors interacted with them.
The SMART ENGINEERS forum shows our full event media coverage. The IVS stand film and iSpring Challenge opening video illustrate individual tasks for an exhibition and a tournament.
We will discuss your audience, platforms and timeline. Once the scope is clear, we will prepare a proposal and estimate.
